Day 3 Law of Attraction Journey-Raising Your Vibrational Energy

What are the things that lower your vibrational energy? If everything is energy and our energy is based on what we are thinking and feeling then we have to understand that what we are focusing on will activate in our fields. Are you watching the news, paying attention to sad stories, are you focused on illness or pain? All of these things will contribute to what you are experiencing. Make a list of all the things you do during your day that lower your vibe. Notice throughout your day what the definitions are you are giving to things that are contributing to lowering your vibe (ex. a teenagers messy room does not have to mean that you need to yell and feel stress). Do you have negative self-talk that makes you feel worse about your life and your experiences? Pay attention to the way you are talking to yourself during the day and see if they match up with the person you want to be. This is an expansive process where you will be able to let go of negative self talk and begin to create from a healthy inner voice that promotes self-love. Create a mantra for yourself so that you can interrupt the negative self-talk, like "I'm ok, I am where I am and it's ok" "I'm learning and growing and getting better" The best ways to raise your vibration is by paying attention to all the things you can love and appreciate. Listening to music that makes you feel good, looking up videos on YouTube or reading stuff that is uplifting, I highly recommend "Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting" by Lynn Grabhorn and "E-squared" by Pam Grout. Even watching and laughing at comedies on TV or movies can raise our vibration. When there are situations in your life that are not what you want them to be, practice visualizing what they would look like if they were the way you want them to be. What would you do if things were the way you wanted them, how would you act? Setting the intention and then paying attention to the signs, people and opportunities that will lead you down that path. As you follow your intuition and recognize that you are always moving forward you will soon find yourself living more passionately and excited. I highly recommend listening to things on YouTube like The Secret or anything by Wayne Dyer to remind yourself of the Universal Law and the Power you have to create. I also I highly recommend meditation and have recorded a facilitator video to help you relax and get into a meditative state. So pay attention to all those things that make you feel good and turn away from all of those things that make you feel bad. Meditate, meditate, meditate so you can understand, learn and know more about yourself than you ever have before. Where you can start to peel back the layers of your belief systems and begin to create from the wholeness of who you are.
